Cancellation and Refund Policy

NO REFUNDS POLICY

All membership fees paid to HSR Founders Club are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.

1. No Refund Policy

HSR Founders Club operates a strict NO REFUNDS policy for all membership fees. Once payment is completed and membership is activated, no refunds will be issued for any reason.

By completing your payment, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to this no-refund policy.

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following situations (this list is not exhaustive):

  • Change of Mind: If you decide you no longer want membership after payment
  • Non-Usage: If you do not use or participate in membership benefits
  • Dissatisfaction: If you are unhappy with the community or services
  • Technical Issues: Temporary inability to access certain features
  • Relocation: Moving away from HSR Layout or Bangalore
  • Voluntary Cancellation: If you choose to cancel your membership
  • Discord Waitlist: If you are placed on the Discord waitlist (members 1,001+)
  • Event Attendance: Inability to attend networking events
  • Duplicate Accounts: If you accidentally create multiple memberships

3. Membership Cancellation

While you may cancel your membership at any time, please note:

  • Cancellation does NOT entitle you to a refund
  • You will lose access to all membership benefits immediately upon cancellation
  • Your unique member ID and member number will be forfeited
  • Unused membership time is not compensated
  • You cannot transfer your membership to another person

4. Membership Termination by HSR Founders Club

HSR Founders Club reserves the right to terminate memberships for violations of our Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to:

  • Providing false or fraudulent information
  • Abusive or disruptive behavior toward members or staff
  • Violation of community guidelines
  • Illegal activities

No refunds will be issued for terminated memberships, regardless of the reason for termination or time remaining on the membership.

5. Payment Processing Errors

In the rare case of a payment processing error where:

  • Your payment was charged but membership was not activated, OR
  • You were charged multiple times for the same membership

Please contact us immediately at hello@hsrfounders.club with your transaction details. We will investigate and resolve genuine payment errors within 7-10 business days.

Note: This provision applies ONLY to technical payment processing errors, not to change of mind or dissatisfaction.

6. Membership Renewal

Memberships are valid for one year from the date of payment. We do NOT automatically renew memberships. You will need to manually renew your membership before expiration if you wish to continue.

Renewal fees are subject to change and may differ from your original membership fee.

7. Pricing Tiers

HSR Founders Club offers tiered pricing:

  • Early Bird (First 1,000 members): ₹3,999 per year
  • Regular (Members 1,001+): ₹7,999 per year

Once you pay at a particular tier, you cannot request a refund or credit if:

  • Pricing changes for new members
  • You paid at the regular rate and want the early bird rate
  • Special promotions or discounts become available later

8. Force Majeure

HSR Founders Club shall not be liable for failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions or regulations
  • Pandemics or public health emergencies
  • Technical failures beyond our control

No refunds will be issued due to force majeure events.

9. Offer Codes and Discounts

If you use an offer code or receive a discount:

  • The discounted price is the final price you pay
  • No refunds or credits will be issued, even for 100% discount offers
  • Offer codes cannot be combined or transferred
  • We reserve the right to revoke memberships obtained through fraudulent offer codes

  • You agree to the NO REFUNDS policy
  • You understand that membership fees are non-refundable under any circumstances
  • You accept full responsibility for your purchase decision

This policy is governed by Indian law. By purchasing a membership, you agree to resolve any disputes through the appropriate legal channels in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
