Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using HSR Founders Club ("the Club", "we", "us", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our services.

2. Membership Eligibility

Membership in HSR Founders Club is subject to the following criteria:

• You must be a Founder, Operator, or Investor
• You must have a verified LinkedIn profile
• You must have at least 5 years of professional experience
• You must have a network of at least 500 connections or followers on LinkedIn
• Your identity must match your LinkedIn profile information

The Club reserves the right to verify all information provided and deny membership to any applicant at its sole discretion.

3. Membership Types and Fees

Annual Membership:

• Early Bird (First 1,000 members): ₹3,999 per year
• Regular (Members 1,001+): ₹7,999 per year

All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and must be paid in full at the time of registration. Membership is valid for one year from the date of payment.

4. No Refunds Policy

ALL MEMBERSHIP FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Once payment is made and membership is activated, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Failure to use membership benefits
• Dissatisfaction with the community
• Inability to access certain features
• Voluntary termination of membership

By completing your payment, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

5. Membership Benefits

Members receive access to:

• Exclusive Discord community (first 1,000 members only; waitlist for members 1,001+)
• Monthly networking events in HSR Layout, Bangalore
• Partner perks and exclusive deals from partner companies
• Unique member ID for accessing partner benefits
• Referral codes to invite verified professionals

6. Member Conduct

Members are expected to:

• Treat all members with respect and professionalism
• Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior
• Not share confidential information discussed within the community
• Not use the community for spam, solicitation, or illegal activities
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

7. Termination

The Club reserves the right to terminate or suspend any membership at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Fraudulent or false information provided during registration
• Abusive or disruptive behavior
• Failure to maintain membership eligibility criteria

No refunds will be issued for terminated memberships.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with HSR Founders Club are owned by or licensed to us. Members may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

HSR Founders Club and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use our services
• Interactions with other members
• Any content or services provided by third parties
• Unauthorized access to your account

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Club after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
